Heart in the Mojave is the first project I’ve been able to shoot to its completion. The Mojave Desert in the Southwestern United States holds many beautiful scenes and creatures all under the mask of desolation. That could not be further from the truth and, as it’s where I grew up, I set out to capture a piece of it and show it in this book. From the valleys where the Colorado River runs to the rocky havens teeming with life, enjoy this journey through a desert I call home. This is a quick preview, but the book is 50 pages full of wild places and wilder inhabitants.
